Vijay is among the leading technopreneurs who shaped Magnaquest as a product-based solutions company. As Managing Director, his primary focus and passion is in building an organization strong from within and aligned to core values. Vijay leads the organization in corporate & business strategy, organizational culture, human resources, & finance. He led Sure (a Magnaquest product) to become a leading subscription lifecycle management solution in the world.

Ajay is the Director - Business Development at Magnaquest. He is looking at various domains including strategy, go-to-market, core marketing and product marketing. Ajay comes with a rich and varied experience of the semiconductor industry, education and startup consulting. He has an experience of over 16 years in both corporates and growth-stage startups. He has double Masters – MS from University of Arizona and MBA from Indian School of Business.

Savitha is a co-founder of Magnaquest and serves as the Head of Sure Product Development Team. She has over 20 years of exposure to technology and has contributed significantly since the company’s inception. She has successfully lead several projects for the organization and was also instrumental in setting up processes and tools for the company. Apart from her contribution to technology, she does charity work for a local NGO and likes traveling.

Raju Prasad, Chief Operating Officer at Magnaquest Technologies, brings over two decades of leadership experience across multiple industries, including space, technology, and e-commerce. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Business Officer at Exseed Space, driving business development in new space markets across Africa, ASEAN, and Europe. He has also held senior roles at prominent firms like Deloitte, IBM, and AOL, where he managed large teams and led successful operations in business process outsourcing, sales management, and leadership development. His expertise spans marketing strategy, project management, and operations, consistently delivering quality outcomes and fostering leadership.

Yamini is one of the Magnaquest’s building blocks and is an integral part of the Sure product. He joined Magnaquest in the year 1999 and has been playing a crucial role in the organization ever since. With over 25 years of experience in technology and business applications across multiple domains, he contributed immensely in product design, development, solution architecture and implementations for various clients across the globe. His involvement is marked in almost all the phases of the software/product development, implementation, and delivery life cycle.

Murali has been a part of Magnaquest since the company’s inception in 1997. Back in the day, he started as a developer and currently leads the technology and product development team. He has made notable contributions in developing Magnaquest’s Flagship Product Sure. With over two decades of experience and expertise, Murali has a rare knack to connect the missing dots between business and technology, hence bridging the gap. Under his leadership, the team has successfully managed to understand and serve various global customers and their complex requirements.
